Refund & Cancellation Policy

Essential Guidelines for the Silent Retreat Experience.

    Individual Bookings
  • 20 days or more before check-in: 95% refund (5% service charge applicable).
  • 14 to 7 days before check-in: 75% refund (5% service charge applicable).
  • 7 to 4 days before check-in: 65% refund (5% service charge applicable).
  • 4 to 2 days before check-in: 50% refund (5% service charge applicable).
  • Less than 2 days before check-in: No refund.
    • Group Bookings (3 Rooms or More)
    • 20 days or more before check-in: 95% refund (5% service charge applicable).
    • 14 to 7 days before check-in: 75% refund (5% service charge applicable).
    • 7 to 4 days before check-in: 55% refund (5% service charge applicable).
    • 4 to 2 days before check-in: 30% refund (5% service charge applicable).
    • Less than 2 days before check-in: No refund.
      • Rescheduling & Modifications
      • Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 14 days before check-in.
      • New dates are subject to availability & rate differences.
      • Less than 14 days' notice – rescheduling will not be accepted.
        • Payment & Balance Amount
        • To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required.
        • The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before check-in.
        • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in automatic cancellation, with applicable cancellation charges.
          • Refund Processing
          • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
          • Payment gateway fees, bank charges, or third-party commission charges are non-refundable.
            • Force Majeure & Special Cases
            • In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be offered a credit voucher instead of a refund.
            • The management reserves the right to alter the cancellation policy in special cases.
              • Early Departures & No-Show Policy
              • Early Check-outs: No refunds will be issued for unused nights if a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date.
              • No-Shows: Guests who fail to check in on their confirmed arrival date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
